OnePlus Ace 3 Display Thin Bezels Teased With Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC

On January 4, OnePlus will unveil the Ace 3 smartphone and Buds 3 TWS earphones in China. Before the launch event, the brand has been revealing key details about the upcoming offerings. OnePlus has released a new teaser on its Weibo account, giving us a glimpse of the Ace 3’s front and more details.

OnePlus Ace 3 Display Bezels Teased

According to the most recent teaser, the OnePlus Ace 3 will have a side bezel that is 1.36mm and a bottom bezel that is 1.94mm. The punch hole cutout is center-aligned. According to the bezel size and image of the smartphone, it will be equipped with an edge-to-edge display and an immersive viewing experience. The device has slightly curved edges as well. The right side has buttons for power and volume, and the left edge has an alert slider.

Past teasers have already confirmed a host of details about the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3. The device will feature a 6.78-inch BOE-supplied OLED display panel equipped with photo matrix display technology, and a ‘rain touch’ function that will enable it to work with wet hands. According to the confirmation, the smartphone has an ultra-thin fingerprint scanner and Victus 2 protection in Gorilla Glass. In the coming product, there will be a 360-degree antenna that will improve signal coverage, Wi-Fi7 support, dual-frequency GPS, and multi-directional NFC. Ace 3 will receive 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches on the software front.

According to reports, the OnePlus Ace 3 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage. The support is expected to come from a 5,500mAh battery cell that can charge fast at 100W.
