A special edition smartphone called Red Magic 9 Pro Year of the Dragon Limited Edition will be launched by Red Magic in the Chinese market soon, as announced recently. The company is keeping details vague, but promises ‘new configurations, new colors, and a new atmosphere’ for this exclusive release.

It seems that the Year of the Dragon Limited Edition was influenced by the Red Magic 9 Pro Transparent Silver model, which features elements that honor the Chinese dragon. possibly featuring a predominant color scheme of white or silver. It is anticipated that more information about the design will be revealed in the upcoming days. Despite the potential new memory and storage configurations, the smartphone’s specifications will likely be the same as the Red Magic 9 Pro.

Red Magic 9 Pro Specification

The Red Magic 9 Pro has an OLED display that measures 6.8 inches wide, has a 120Hz refresh rate, and can react to touch with up to 960Hz. By achieving a brightness of up to 1600 nits and supporting a 10-bit color depth that covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, the display is capable of displaying everything. The security features include a fingerprint sensor in the display.
